The Highwaymen artists painted scenes from throughout Florida. Although their Poinciana trees and Everglades paintings are the most well known, but they also painted ocean and farming scenes. This unusual Highwaymen painting of workers picking oranges in a grove celebrates Florida's rich agricultural history but perhaps more importantly, the life these artists worked so hard to leave behind when they took to road to paint... The painting is 18" X 24", painted on board and framed.

Drawing is planned for the last day of the 2020 Highwaymen Art Show & Sale, Sunday November 15th.
